Labyrinth Walk

What's with the Labyrinths?

In a world awash with an overwhelming number of choices and uncertainties, we often find ourselves attempting to navigate an infinite maze of possibilities, leaving us feeling disoriented and adrift in chaos. My approach uses the symbol of the maze to represent this complex aspect of
modern life.
However, beyond the maze lies the concept of the labyrinth. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has a single, purposeful route that leads us inward. It represents a journey toward individuation and the
integration of the Self. The labyrinth symbolizes the deeper layers of the unconscious mind, where true transformation occurs. When we find our personal direction, we move from anxiety-inducing maze into the clarifying realm of the labyrinth. This journey is not about getting lost but
about discovering our true selves in life.
Life does not owe us happiness, but it does offer us meaning. At CTC, I serve as a humble guide on this transformative quest, employing a conversation-based, counter-therapy approach that integrates principles of psychological exploration and meaning-focused practices. Together, we will navigate life's complexities and uncover your true essence. The labyrinth symbolizes the
singular, meaningful journey each of us must undertake to achieve self realization and wholeness.
